Terms of Service

Using PulseChecker
PulseChecker is an uptime, cron job, and AI agent monitoring tool. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you are using PulseChecker on behalf of a company, you are agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
The free plan
The free plan includes up to 10 monitors checked every 5 minutes, with email alerts and 50 checks of history per monitor. We may change these limits going forward, and we will update the pricing page if we do. A paid Pro plan is planned but not yet billed: joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription or charge you anything.
Acceptable use
Only monitor URLs and endpoints you own or have permission to send automated requests to. Do not use PulseChecker to send excessive traffic at a target, probe systems you do not have authorization to test, or otherwise use the service for anything illegal or abusive. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, without notice if the misuse is severe.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
No uptime guarantee
PulseChecker is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that checks run at the exact interval configured, that every alert is delivered, or that the service itself has any particular uptime. Do not rely on PulseChecker as your only method of finding out about an outage on anything mission-critical.
Limitation of liability
PulseChecker is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including damages resulting from a missed or delayed alert.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of PulseChecker at any time. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use PulseChecker after a change means you accept it.
